The Bakes Gall Duct Dilator Fig. 5 (32 cm length, 5 mm diameter) is an intermediate-sized instrument utilized in general abdominal and hepatobiliary surgeries. Following the sequential layout of the Bakes line, it is introduced after the narrower 4 mm probe (Fig. 4) to safely continue expanding the lumen of the common bile duct.
