College tweezer with smooth jaws in a 15 cm size are a standard and widely available dental instrument, just like their serrated counterpart. They are used for placing and retrieving items like cotton rolls, gauze, and other materials in the mouth. The "smooth" jaws allow for grasping items without a serrated surface that could grip or disturb tissue.
